The PF-Soft website offers to conclude this agreement under the terms of the offer. This offer is valid only for individuals.

The PF-Soft website (hereinafter the "Shop") sells, and the buyer purchases goods on the website https://pf-soft.net. The full range of products is available in the "Programs" section of the https://pf-soft.net website.

Acceptance (the buyer's acceptance of the terms of this agreement) occurs at the moment of payment for the order by the buyer.

Descriptions of the goods and their prices can be found on the respective product pages of the https://pf-soft.net website. The characteristics of each unit of goods may slightly differ from those stated on the website.

All settlements between the parties are made by bank transfer through available payment systems. The fact of payment is confirmed by receipts provided by the payment systems.

Delivery of digital goods is carried out immediately after the Buyer makes the payment by redirecting to a website page where the Buyer can receive the digital good and by sending the digital good to the email address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of their email address provided when placing the order.

Returns of used digital goods are not accepted. In case of an erroneous purchase of a digital good, a refund is possible (provided the good has not been used). To request a refund, it is necessary to fill out the form on the support page with the payment details.

To make a purchase, the Buyer provides the Shop with the following personal data, outlined in the Shop's privacy policy, available online at: https://pf-soft.net/confidencial.html. The Shop undertakes to ensure the use and storage of this data in accordance with the current legislation.

In case of any disputes, a pre-trial dispute resolution procedure is mandatory. A claim must be sent to the address: pf.soft.info@gmail.com. The Shop is obliged to consider it and provide a response within two business days from the moment of receipt.

If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court according to the current legislation of Ukraine.

The offer can be amended by the Shop at any time. The changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the https://pf-soft.net website.

The parties are fully released from fulfilling their obligations under this agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances. These include earthquakes, floods, fires, military actions, and others. The occurrence of such circumstances must be immediately notified to the other party via the email specified in the Shop's details or the Buyer's personal data.
